DURGAMAGA TERMS AND CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY

  • The orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from the date it is received. Shipping details will be shared on the registered mobile number and Email ID (if shared).
  • The delivery of our products will be made between 6:00 am to 9:00 pm of the date.
  • It may get delayed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions or governmental regulatory activities.
  • Currently the products will be delivered for addresses in India only.
  • While placing the order the customer shall provide the following details.
  1. Name of the Recipient
  2. Flat Number / Bungalow Number
  3. Name of the Building
  4. Name of the Road / Street / Marg
  5. Contact Number (Landline / Mobile)
  6. Proper / Familiar Landmark
  7. Email Address
  • After the order is places, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
  • The delivery will be made on the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order.
  • The consignment will not be redirected/redelivered to any other address at any circumstances.
  • No Deliveries will be made on Sundays and some Prescribed holidays.
  • Durgamaga appointed delivery agent will attempt delivery of the products once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery attempt will be made.
  • Durgamaga will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases :
  1. Delivery not done due to wrong address given by the customers
  2. Non availability of the recipients at the address
  3. Premises are locked
  4. Wrong phone number or phone not working or switched off or not reachable, when tried by the delivery agent of Durgamaga
  5. Addressee refused to accept the products for any reason other than damaged products
  6. Delivered the product at the security cabin of the Building/Reception/Neighbour, based on the instructions from the customer.
  7. In case of civil disturbances, floods, heavy rains, National Bandh or in happening any other force majeure event, we reserve the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery to another date.

 

DURGAMAGA RETURN POLICY

  • Items must be in their original condition and within 7 working days of receiving the damaged Item the complaint has to be reported to our customer care center.
  • Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled items with their original tags will be accepted.• Brand packaging should be intact.
  • Brand’s policy shall apply for specific branded item. We source branded items and these items are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same.
  • Replacements will be made basis availability of that item on the website.
  • In case customers request for refund and is eligible for it, the same would be initiated within 2 weeks of the getting request from customer.
1. Eligible
  • You received a faulty/defective item.
  • You received a physically damaged item.
  • The item is different from description on the website.
  • If our Panditji reaches after your specified Muhurat timings, and puja was not performed according to the muhuratha confirmed.
  • If the cancellation request is placed before 48 hours for puja booking.
  • If product cancelling is request within 6 hours of booking.

 

2. Not Eligible
  • Items that have been used/consumed/washed/soiled.
  • Items which were sold under any special offer, combos/sets, hampers are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.
  • Seal open puja items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the item as they can’t be resold.
  • In case of defective damaged goods return, repair and replacement policy will apply.
  • If our Panditji reaches after your specified Muhurat timings, and puja is performed.
  • If the cancellation request is placed with less than 48 hours pending.
